PRESENCE. It is so important in online experiences and yet, can be a challenge when you are managing the technology on top of speaking, facilitating, training, etc. Thus, we always advocate for hosting as a team. Moxxim can be your co-host so you can be more present and engaged with your participants!

• 👋🏼 Greeting Guests. Welcome participants as they arrive to your event's waiting room by sending them private messages and admitting them into the event. 
• 👥 Breakout Room Manager. We can set up breakout rooms for you and assist participants as they move between your main session and breakouts.
• 🎶 Music DJ. We can play music as your participants enter the event, spend time in reflection, take a break, transition from breakout rooms, and say farewell. 
• 💬 Chat Monitor. We can provide instructions for activities via chat and watch for questions and comments.
• 🛠 Tech Support. We can be the person who works with participants having any tech problems or need assistance with the technology to remove barriers to their engagement.
• 🤝 Co-Facilitator. We are facilitators too, so if you need assistance running activities, energizers, or holding space for deep conversations we can help with that! 
• 🛡Event Security. We can check people off guest lists before they enter, remove "Zoom bombers", and manage Zoom's security features.

Jen Mein served as the Zoom Host at the recent "Live the Moment, Love the Moment" Soul Sisters retreat at Wayzata Community Church.
