The Art of Hosting & Harvesting Meaningful Conversations Liberating Structures The Systems Simulation Visual Practice for Engagement What I appreciated most was the intentional purpose of the convening, the removal of positionally (roles and titles), the shared leadership and gracious facilitation of the hosting team, the opportunities to step-up and into practice, and how each of these things contributed to the development of a culture and space that felt warm, inclusive and ripe for learning and unlearning. I feel a renewed outlook when taking on my work after attending this workshop. Much gratitude to the Hosting Team for their approach to this work and development of the curriculum. My kiddo sitting in the room behind me just said, "Your thing seems pretty cool, Mom. At least it doesn't seem lame." This is resounding affirmation from an 11 year old! I was happily surprised at how simple the presentation and hands on exercise was and how well it created deep conversation and applied to the workplace. |
Capacity BuildingWe offer programs for innovators and change makers seeking to grow their convening and connecting skills. in-person and online This training ROCKED! I am walking away with actual activities that I can incorporate into a 50-person staff meeting to make them more engaging! We can’t thank you enough for the wonderful workshop. We were deeply affected on multiple levels. It was wonderful to see how you are much more than a graphic harvester: you radiate warmth and respect in all that you do. Your teaching style was amazing, and the training material was great! Thank you so much for teaching us new tricks to keep the people engaged in expressing their health equity concerns through colorful artistic form. It was a fun learning experience. I appreciated that [the training] was profoundly practical, solution-minded, and seriously person-centered. I was pleasantly surprised that I came for one thing and left with so much more. I wasn't expecting to address my organizational challenges at the workshop but I did, and it was enormously helpful. Amazing! |
