Meaningful Engagements
Jen is one of the most amazing women that African American Babies Coalition and Projects has worked with. We met and contracted years ago and since that time I have had multiple opportunities to witness her character, skills and creativity. I have absolutely no reservations giving my recommendation to encourage the community to work with her. Her ability to engage, summarize our events through art and professionalism is top notch. Her skills with partnering during hosting events validates her ability to bring community together! Jen designs incredibly productive and entertaining group interactions that yield incredible results. We hired Jen to lead a problem-solving brainstorming session delivered exclusively on-line, and she absolutely nailed it. She designed activities that engaged all 14 of our participants, helped each of us bring our unique value and perspectives to the conversation, and helped us get clarity on the problem and yielded many different solutions. She does this in a kind, unflappable way with a sense of humor. She is incredibly talented! I worked with Jen to design a very special, highly interactive event requiring specialized facilitation. She listened carefully to our needs, highlighted potential potholes for us, then created a plan based on our input and her professional experience. I really enjoyed working with her and look forward to working with her again in the future! |
